How Can We Protect Our Teen Drivers?

According to the National Council of State Legislatures, nearly 6,000 teen drivers were killed in 2002 in auto accidents.  Over 300,000 were injured that same year.  More than $42 billion were incurred in costs for emergency services, medical treatment and property damage. THE FACTS

More and more states have acted to reduce the risks of teen driving by enacting laws that issue graduated licenses to teenage drivers.
