Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a lawyer?

Unless you have the knowledge and experience necessary to deal with either the at fault party's insurance company or your own insurance company, having a lawyer to advise and guide you through the claims process can save you money and give you peace of mind as you deal with this often frustrating process.

Do I have a case?

Crash victims often believe that because they did not have any serious or life threatening injuries, that they do not have an injury claim.  The extent of the injury is not a factor in making a determination as to whether a case has merit or should be pursued.

How can I afford to pay a lawyer?

Personal injury cases are most often handled on what is called a contingency fee basis, or a percentage of the total recovery.  You do not pay anything until your case is settled or otherwise resolved.  If no recovery is made on your case, you do not owe any attorney fee.
