Premises Liability

If someone is injured on property owned by another, he or she may be entitled to money damages for his or her injury. In this type of case, the owner of property is not an insurer of the safety of others. The owner, in order to be responsible for injuries to others, must be on notice of a dangerous condition and fail to correct it.
