 I was involved in an automobile accident earlier this year. A young woman on a cell phone ran a red light T-boning me at an intersection near my home in Boise.
 
The insurance adjuster said they did represent their insured but were my “friend”, even suggesting a chiropractor for me to go to for whiplash and other soft tissue injuries--This gave me the impression I could trust them.
